Getting Support

To request help on any support issue, please log a support request on the HelpDesk.

The helpdesk is the preferred method of raising support issues. Any emailed requests will be referred back to your unique HelpDesk support ticket which is viewable inside your account control panel. Use of the online helpdesk enables us to provide better, quicker support by keeping all information relating to your problem or issue in one place.

Before submitting a helpdesk ticket:

Please check our Web Hosting FAQ, and the discussion forums, since your question may already have been answered there.

Normal Support Hours:
Our servers are monitored 24*7 for any network, hardware or server software downtime. The support hours below relate to availability of sales and support staff to answer questions and provide technical assistance for your hosting account:

Support Hours - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. U.K. time, 7 days a week including UK Bank Holidays.

Should you require telephone support please call us on the Support Line telephone number 0871 989 9847.

We have humans at the end of the phone to give you telephone support.
